Our 140 year old Victorian home with a very steep pitched roof was in need of a new roof. We chose BelVue Roofing after having sent out requests for estimates to 6 local roofers. Stephane’s presentation was very professional and informative. He explained all the potential costs that could happen when re-roofing an older home so we would not be caught off guard.
Once the work started, BelVue kept the site very tidy. They picked up debris as the old roof was removed and before they left each day, the site was completely cleaned. Nous avons fait installé des vallés en métal. Quel beauté!!! Côté propreté des travaux, gazon, deck, piscine tous étaient couvert avec des “tarps”. Gutters nettoyés en 2 à 3 reprises pendant les travaux. Si vous recherchez une job bien faites par du personnel qualifié. Vous êtes au bon endroit!
Travail très bien fait et minutieux, inspecté par un autre partie, à la demande du contracteur. Une fois complété, le contracteur envoie toujours quelqu’un d’indépendant inspecté. Très rassurant. 🙂
